A key principal underpinning the success of a Rotary club  is  the encouragement of  'fellowship' amongst its members and their families. Southampton Magna Rotary Club is no exception, and during the year a number of social events stand out .

Handover  The Rotary year which starts in July is opened at a Barbeque / Garden Party at which the chain of office is handed on to the new President.

Ladies' Evenings           When there is a 5th Thursday in the Month, Club members bring their partners to a social evening.   There are other occasional events during the year when partners are included.

President's Evening         In the spring, the Club marks its President's year of office at a special social event.

Christmas Party         There's always a special celebration of this festive season.

Dining Club     Members who wish to take part are syndicated to visit each other for dinner.  This is a good way to get to know each other.

In addition there are regular club events and many other opportunities for fellowship.
