Every day, 10 families are told the devastating news their child has cancer. As the UK's leading children's cancer charity, CLIC Sargent is the only organisation to offer them all round care and support. That’s because we’re there every step of the way:
During treatment – CLIC Sargent provides specialist nurses with experience of caring for children and young people with cancer. Play specialists are on hand to help make treatment a little more bearable for children where possible and ‘Homes from Home’ including CLIC Haven in Southampton are vital to help keep families together and reduce accommodation costs.
In hospital and at home – CLIC Sargent social workers help families cope with the emotional stress and the demands of daily life; arranging for care of siblings, working with teachers in school and providing support and advice at home and in hospital during treatment. Proving care grants within a maximum 7 days of diagnosis helps with the financial burden, as does offering holidays at Malcolm Sargent house in Scotland.
After treatment – Social workers are there after treatment, helping survivors, and for those who unfortunately lose their battle, supporting those families bereaved.

There are now seven spectacular Parks in the Hoburne family, each in unbeatable locations in the south from Cornwall to Hampshire, and all with hard-won reputations for offering the very best facilities, accommodation, service and value for money.
You’ll also find three golf courses in the Hoburne family, so whether you’re looking for 18 holes of golf, purchasing your very own holiday home, finding first class facilities for a conference, or you’re looking for a great holiday – you’ll find it all at Hoburne.

Vintage Tyre Supplies
VTS was formed in May 1962 to stock Dunlop tyres for Vintage and Veteran cars and bikes. Over the years other manufacturers were approached, and a more complete range emerged. More recently completely new tyres were developed using the latest technology, with the look and feel of the originals but with greater levels of performance. VTS developed their own brands:- Ensign for motorcycles and Waymaster for cars. These tyres filled the gap for economically priced products for riders and drivers who use their vehicles more often.
In 2012, VTS are based at the National Motor Museum, where they stock nearly 20,000 tyres for two, three and four wheeled motoring. They service a global market with authentic products right up to 1980’s supercars.
